Job Summary
Schedule and lead preventative maintenance projects, oversee product delivery and application, and assist with agronomy product delivery while maintaining shop tools and facilities. Recruit operational personnel and train team members to support location growth. Requires a Class A CDL with endorsements, strong mechanical aptitude, and budgeting experience. Full-time role in Orient with competitive compensation, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including a 100% funded pension.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with all required endorsements
- Excellent business skills with experience in budgeting and inventory
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work hours beyond considered normal
- Very good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred
