Agronomy Associate

Job Summary
Mix liquid and bulk fertilizer, load tanks and trucks, and make deliveries of crop inputs to customers. Assist with receiving bulk fertilizers, seeds, chemicals, and grain; perform custom application services including delivery, application, and maintenance. Support the facility by assisting customers, operating forklifts, performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, and handling grain grading, loading, unloading, and data entry. During peak seasons, provide temporary cross-departmental support as needed. This role requires strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment.

- Operate forklift and other equipment on site
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
