Establish harvest and shipment storage capacity plans, coordinate machine systems, and manage worker teams to execute potato intake operations. Maintain daily stock entries, generate weekly and monthly reports, and process delivery documents for the finance department while coordinating returns for non-compliant vehicles. Execute quality control inspections, pest management, and hygiene protocols, including ventilation tracking and sprout prevention treatments. Calculate entry costs, manage inventory counts, and prepare waste removal reports for the OWM facility. Coordinate staff shifts, schedule leave, and prepare storage areas for the next harvest cycle. Work in a two-shift rotation with a B-class driver's license, reporting directly to the factory operations team.
