Job Summary
Own, build, and run your startup in AgriTech fields while embarking on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders. Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit with intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds. Receive weekly 1:1 sparring sessions, access to top-tier founders and investors, and support in hiring talent through our network of over 50,000 professionals. Build a sales force and marketing machine to scale revenues to €100M+. This role offers a salary or up to €500k in funding for ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own companies.
Required Qualifications
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
- You have excellent communication skills in the English language
