Job Summary
Represent Kenna's service and support hub by providing everyday support to growers, helping them tackle new challenges and maximize yield through innovative agricultural solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service over phone and email while creating and communicating value to current and potential customers in both English and French. Proactively uncover needs, manage expectations, and build lasting rapport by employing active listening and problem-solving skills to address objections. Maintain an optimistic outlook and actively monitor current industry topics affecting Canadian agriculture to provide valuable solutions. This bilingual role requires a results-driven individual with a university degree in agriculture or a related science field and at least one year of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to create and communicate value to current and potential customers in English and French
- Ability to think independently, problem solve, handle objections and manage expectations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to employ active listening, proactively uncover needs and provide valuable solutions to build lasting rapport and relationships

- A willingness to learn and have an active awareness of current industry topics affecting Canadian agriculture
- Exceptional customer service over phone and email
- University degree or diploma in Agriculture or other science related disciplines
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
