Job Summary
Agriculture & Sustainability Specialist in Gdansk focused on supporting 8,000+ farmer owners across 7 European countries. Responsibilities include proactively handling farmer inquiries, maintaining master data, monitoring milk quality, collaborating with laboratories and logistics, verifying documentation, supporting quality assurance programs for sustainable farming, building relationships with farmers, developing knowledge resources, and handling ad hoc tasks. Essential skills include a bachelor's degree and advanced Dutch (B2), strong problem-solving, excellent communication and customer service, attention to detail, organization, ability to identify process improvements, and experience with documentation verification and CRM.
