Job Summary

Remote Agriculture Sales Professional responsible for building and maintaining a productive sales lead network, communicating with customers and leads, managing relationships, and driving territory growth. The role requires proficiency with Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft/Google productivity suites, strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven sales cycle mastery from prospecting to closing, and a commitment to the company’s mission of soil regeneration. Regional travel is required across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, including trade shows and education/conference participation. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) and a valid driver’s license are required. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, collaborative, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment while upholding company values and contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three years of sales experience in lawn and garden, horticulture, soil media, compost and/or fertilizer; five years of experience preferred.
