Job Summary
Develop and manage agriculture, commercial, and consumer loan accounts that meet established lending requirements while providing maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk. Apply strong financial, analytical, and underwriting skills alongside knowledge of state and federal lending regulations to evaluate and approve loans. Leverage excellent sales, oral, and written communication skills to build relationships with borrowers. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience, plus additional bank-specific training. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, finance or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of lending policies and procedures, including state and federal regulations
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Financial, analytical and underwriting skills
- Willing to develop knowledge of lending services and related areas
- Excellent sales skills
