Job Summary
Manage Agricultural and Livestock claims from initial report through settlement as the single point of contact for customers. Control costs and payments while delivering high technical standards and negotiating fair settlements with policyholders, insurers, and contractors. Utilize advanced digital tools, including video technology, to assess properties remotely and collaborate with suppliers during the claims process. Work within the Agriculture and Rural Network team in Northern Ireland, applying strong communication skills to resolve complex claims and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing claims within a Commercial/Domestic department
- Significant experience within a commercial and domestic claims environment
- Management of complex claims
- Stakeholder relationships
- Successful claim resolution
- A strong understanding of claims processes
- Policy interpretation
- Regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex details clearly
- Ability to negotiate fair settlements for all parties involved
- Self-motivated

- Enthusiastic about using industry-leading technology
- Fluent in French (desirable, but not essential)
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification
