Process new loans within one business day and clear conditions within four hours, maintaining a 95% quality audit score and 99% accuracy on audited files. This role requires flexibility for extended hours during peak agricultural lending seasons and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, or banking operations
- Fluent written and spoken English for U.S. loan documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong financial ratio analysis skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight turnaround deadlines in a high-volume pipeline
- Understanding that peak lending seasons require operational flexibility to meet critical deadline processing times

- Reliable computer setup capable of handling dual-screen financial analysis and large PDF loan packages
