Job Summary
Drive retail sales initiatives and achieve sales goals for agricultural equipment across Canada, acting as the product point person for dealers and end-users. Conduct product demonstrations and personalized customer demonstrations, host dealer open houses, and develop product literature highlighting features and benefits. Coordinate field days, dealer meetings, and customer visits; provide dealer and end-user support with regional managers; conduct dealer and regional product training; build and maintain relationships with end-user customers and dealers; respond to product questions as the district sales point person; support management with special needs, and participate in trade shows. Requires a BS in Business or equivalent, 4+ years of outside sales experience, travel up to 90%, and proficiency in presenting and communicating with customers and dealers.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years outside sales experience in the industry
- BS in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Agriculture equipment and product knowledge
- Ability to prepare concise demonstrations of JCB equipment
- Ability to deliver oral and written presentations
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 90%
