Job Summary
Millwright responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems in an industrial setting. Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and installation. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely repairs. Collaborate with HVAC technicians and industrial electricians to ensure seamless operations. Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and analyze equipment performance data to identify improvements or preventive maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by responding to service requests and maintaining clear communication with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including the use of logic controllers and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with welding is a plus
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for alignment and installation tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with CMMS is preferred but not required
