Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair various machinery and mechanical systems while utilizing precision measuring instruments for accurate alignment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs promptly, collaborating with HVAC technicians and industrial electricians to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement areas. Respond promptly to service requests and maintain clear communication with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including the use of logic controllers and low voltage systems
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for alignment and installation tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Previous experience with CMMS is preferred but not required
