Job Summary
Act as the primary interface between clients and landowners, occupiers, and agents to build relationships and secure necessary consents. Proactively engage with affected parties to advise clients on practical land matters, complete land referencing, and manage complaints regarding on-site activities. Arrange site visits for serving notices, recording conditions, and conducting meetings while maintaining accurate stakeholder records and assisting with compensation claims. Work within client-set timeframes to ensure timely programme delivery, often operating directly from project or client sites. Requires a full UK driving licence and strong agricultural knowledge.
