Job Summary
Diagnose and repair agricultural and lifting equipment. Perform basic and complex diagnostics on agricultural, construction, and diesel equipment, and complete repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Work on customer-owned or dealer-owned equipment (including corn headers and combine headers) at shop or customer sites. Maintain a clean, safe work environment; use diagnostic tools and data entry for service paperwork; mentor apprentices and junior technicians; and be available for after-hours work and travel to training and service calls. Requires ability to lift 75 pounds, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Own a mechanic toolset and operate shop equipment (diagnostic tools, forklifts, hydraulic lifts).
