Job Summary
Agricultural Engineer responsible for delivering a high-quality garden-products shopping experience at ACE Hardware, Jebel Ali. Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge, customer service, and effective selling techniques. Educate customers and team members about garden products; manage POS transactions, pricing/ticketing, and merchandising to maintain a clean, well-presented store. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, stock checks, product launches, seasonal promotions, and store openings, with a focus on horticultural expertise and add-on sales. Requires a degree in Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent), an Agricultural Engineer Certificate, and at least 2 years of retail experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent
- Agricultural Engineer Certificate is required
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment
