Job Summary
Agribusiness Assistant in a one-year development program at Richardson Pioneer (Canada) with exposure to agronomy, crop inputs, grain handling, and sales/marketing. Responsibilities include gaining experience in crop inputs, agronomy, grain handling, customer service, grain grading and blending, grain marketing, and operations management with exposure to budgeting, business planning and scheduling. Candidates should have an Agriculture or Business degree/diploma and an interest in agronomy, agribusiness, crop input sales, or grain marketing, coupled with initiative, strong customer service, leadership, teamwork, organization, attention to detail, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industry
