Job Summary
Operate agricultural production, blending, bagging, packaging, or processing equipment while filling, pulling, staging, and preparing customer or internal orders accurately. Monitor production lines to ensure proper operation, product quality, and output efficiency, measuring, weighing, labeling, and packaging products according to work orders. Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor adjustments, loading raw materials and removing finished goods for storage or shipment. Maintain accurate production records, inspect finished products for compliance, and coordinate with supervisors and warehouse staff to meet daily schedules. Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety, quality control, and sanitation standards. Requires forklift experience and ability to lift up to 75 pounds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and finished products with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily output goals
- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, agricultural production, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or machine operation
- Experience in agricultural processing, feed production, seed handling, grain operations, or similar manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and production reporting
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
