Job Summary
Own end-to-end features and products across Agora interfaces and backend infrastructure, working with product, design, operations, finance, and external partners to gather requirements, prototype quickly, and ship with confidence. Manage the full lifecycle from first prototype through launch, iteration, and beyond, leveraging TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. Maintain high uptime and minimal maintenance burden while collaborating across remote, asynchronous environments. Prioritize MVP thinking, clean code, and automated testing to drive adoption of programmable, composable stablecoins.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience
- 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js
- experience with a modern frontend framework
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL
- Proven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden
- Strong product instincts and an eye for good design
- Comfortable working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature development

- Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing
- Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments where you've worn many hats
- Track record of prototyping and launching customer-facing products, not just internal tools
- Familiarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherence
- Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Passion for building tools, internal or external, that meaningfully improve how people work with money
- Hands-on experience building in crypto, including working with onchain libraries and services, and integrating with blockchain infrastructure
- Experience integrating or interacting with blockchain node software (e.g., Geth, Solana validators)
