Job Summary
Deli General Manager sought to oversee a high-volume Pilot Flying J travel center/deli. Responsible for generating and executing business plans to meet sales and profit objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and developing teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training, driving sales, managing inventory, maintaining vendor relationships, and performing P&L analysis. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant/deli/foodservice, P&L accountability in high-volume retail, a customer-focused culture, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
