Job Summary
Zonal Technology Manager responsible for network uptime for Radio & MW. Drive to improve the network KPIs for all RAN and access transport including MW technology, spares management, alarm rectification, corrective & preventive maintenance and liaisoning with IP vendors. Ensure upkeep of required tools for operation. Key focus areas include maintaining RNA and critical RAN node availability, alarm hygiene and VOC/VSWR/temperature-related alarms, managing spares and NSS transactions, and executing preventive maintenance twice a year with quarterly PM awareness. Roles include coordinating with SNOC and OEMs during HW faults, ensuring safety and compliance for the field team, and delivering field requirements with governance and training. Core competencies include RAN/MW troubleshooting, large-team governance, and strong analytical/communication skills, with 10-15 years of experience in BSS O&M for RAN & MW domain.
Required Qualifications
- B.E in Electronics and Communication
- 10-15 years of experience in BSS O&M for RAN & MW domain
- Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of RAN/MW, Optical & IP transport network
- Experience in large size team management and governance
- Analytical and communication skills
