Job Summary
Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE) and customer experience. Provide technical guidance and support to circle zonal team, perform in-depth end-to-end KPI analysis, and propose actions to improve performance. Conduct health checks and drive alarms/parameter audits; support new site rollout with database and SCFT audits; oversee implementation and testing of new nodes/features with partners and SNOC/Central Quality. Ensure utilization monitoring and timely optimization of radio network capacity, 4G spectrum, and transmission bandwidth; foster team development to maintain high performance and safety; derive insights from customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- B.tech/B.E
- 10 years of Telecom experience
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Negotiation skills
- Strategic mind set
- OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data experience
