Job Summary
Lead performance management for Vodafone Idea Limited's 4G/5G network by pro-actively monitoring cell-level KPIs, identifying worst performing cells, and implementing parameter-level optimization to improve network performance and customer experience. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Transmission, and Core teams to resolve issues, manage KPI databases at cell/site/network levels, and promote adoption of optimization and monitoring tools. Coordinate with circle and corporate teams to ensure timely issue resolution and learnings are applied to drive sustained performance and improved customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- BE in Electronics & Telecommunications (or equivalent)
- 7–10 years of telecom experience
- minimum 2 years in Network Performance & Quality
- Strong understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, call flows, performance counters, and parameter optimization across OEM platforms
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools and performance monitoring systems
