Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the food hall and pickleball venue, stepping in as acting GM when needed. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance while utilizing Toast POS and digital tools for reporting and guest interactions. Foster a welcoming environment by ensuring exceptional service across vendors and recreational areas, and assist with inventory, vendor coordination, and event planning. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Requires 2+ years of hospitality management experience, tech-savviness with POS systems, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
