Job Summary
Regulatory role focusing on EMF/SACFA/WPC/MRO/TRAI/TERM compliance for existing networks and new technology upgrades. Responsibilities include EMF self-certification on the NEP portal, timely DoT DoT TERM submissions, EMR testing audits, liaison with TERM Cell officials and regulators, SACFA applications and clearances, end-to-end MRO phasewise completion across frequency bands per NIA, providing regulatory data to agencies (NBM portal, Rural coverage, fiberized BTS, disaster management), monthly/quarterly reporting (DoT TERM Cell, TRAI QoS/ reports), new technology trial license via Saral Sanchar, and OPEX budgeting for regulatory activities. Core competencies include deep knowledge of DoT/TRAI regulations, EMF testing/EMR methods, SACFA/WPC processes, regulatory liaison, and MIS/reporting. Requires BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communications with 10+ years of relevant experience and strong regulatory acumen.
Required Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communications with 10+ years experience
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience of TERM / TRAI Regulatory compliance including EMF audit, MRO etc.
