Job Summary
Manage term loans, Buyer's Credit, and External Commercial Borrowings while coordinating with banks for fund-based and non-fund-based facilities. Execute foreign exchange hedging strategies, monitor currency risks, and oversee Letter of Credit operations including issuance and amendments. Lead corporate insurance programs covering project, asset, marine, and liability policies, managing renewals and claims. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations, preparing treasury MIS, cash flow reports, and management dashboards for statutory audits. Requires 12–15 years of experience in Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction sectors with expertise in working capital and debt management.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15 years of experience from the Infrastructure, EPC, Construction, or related project-based industries
- Strong expertise in fund management
- Strong expertise in banking relationships
- Strong expertise in working capital optimization
- Strong expertise in debt management
- Strong expertise in foreign exchange risk mitigation
- Strong expertise in cash flow planning
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders, banks, financial institutions, and external agencies
- Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent Finance qualification
- Strong expertise in Working Capital Management
- Strong expertise in Term Loans
- Strong expertise in Buyer's Credit
- Strong expertise in External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs)
- Strong expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX) Hedging
- Strong expertise in Letter of Credits (Inland & Foreign)
- Strong expertise in Cash Flow Forecasting
- Strong expertise in Corporate Insurance
