Job Summary
Role: AGM - Executive Assistant/Secretary supporting the Head in the COO Office. Manage CBH schedule, calendar and travel, coordinate meetings (agendas and minutes), handle confidential information, provide daily operational support, and facilitate communication between leadership and departments. Ensure governance with due diligence. Requires excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills; proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other digital tools.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant
- Graduation (required)
