Job Summary
DGM – Area Sales, responsible for managing operations for Channels & SOHO business across the state of Rajasthan, building and deploying resources to gain market share, achieving revenue and NPS targets, developing new routes to market (SOHO, Start Up, alliances) and designing an acquisition model for Government & Strategic accounts. Requires leadership and program-management abilities, strong channel sales expertise, experience with telecom products (Toll Free, Lease Lines, cloud tools such as Gsuite/G Suite, O365), and a track record of driving revenue through channel partners, with 8-10 years experience including 2-3 years in managerial roles. Desired MBA from a reputed institute; emphasis on distribution channel management, technical sales, strategic accounts, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Channel Sales Experience in related domain/industry along with technical sales capability with strong hold on products like Toll Free, Lease Lines, cloud portfolio: Gsuit, O365.
