Job Summary
Area Sales Manager – Mass Distribution appoints and manages TSX’s & Promoter's to effectively Promote Prepaid SIM’s, MNP & Recharges. Responsible for promoter/distributor selection and management in defined market geography, visiting markets to strengthen market execution and trade relationships, and driving revenue through higher quality customer acquisition and increased recharging base. Drives digitalization and sales transformation, promotes a culture of performance, and develops team capabilities. Requires 10-15 years of experience in Telco/FMCG, distributor management, conflict management, self-drive, and strength in reporting. MBA is preferred. Fluent in English and local market language; ability to interpret and construct performance reports.
