Job Summary
Agility Senior Associate leads Agile practices for three Scrum teams within Consumer and Community Banking - Digital, coaching and guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, prioritizing tasks, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality digital banking solutions. The role emphasizes coaching Product Managers on backlog grooming and prioritization, coordinating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives), enabling cross-functional collaboration, and maturing agile processes to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master and/or Product or Project Manager within digital product teams
- Demonstrated experience in banking product development, specifically focused on digital products
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, both verbal and written
- Track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions in a banking or financial services environment
- Experience working in a scaled implementation of Scrum (LeSS, SAFe, etc.)
- Demonstrate proficiency cultivating relationships
