Job Summary
Agility Senior Associate role in Banking Payments focusing on coaching and enabling agile ways of working. You will guide development teams in adopting agile practices, ensure priority work is refined for the next 2-3 sprints, manage team-level dependencies, sustain data hygiene and tooling, prepare end-of-sprint demos, measure agility outcomes, and facilitate retrospectives, planning sessions, and learning/delivery practice improvements. The role emphasizes facilitating Scrum cadences (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and supporting quarterly Product-wide planning in partnership with the PAL to enhance team practices, efficiency, and alignment. Requires 2+ years in agile methodologies, experience coaching teams and individual contributors, and strong communication to enable collaboration across product developers and analysts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in agile methodologies and project management
- Experience managing and developing individual contributors
- Advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and ability to guide teams through complex projects
