Job Summary
Agility Lead supporting teams through the product development lifecycle in Connected Commerce Lifestyle. Facilitates group discussions, planning, and retrospectives to instill agile practices, ensure refined priority work across sprints, and drive continuous improvement using defined agility metrics. Leads Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective), mentors developers and product analysts, maintains high-quality delivery data in Jira, and collaborates with Product leaders to align on goals and quarterly planning. Requires coaching experience, strong communication, and ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in agile methodologies and project management
- Experience managing and developing individual contributors
- Advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to guide teams through complex projects and drive metrics (Backlog Health, Velocity)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US
