Job Summary
Agility Lead role in Payments Technology at a leading financial institution. Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promote open communication and continuous improvement, influence stakeholders with advanced facilitation and presentation skills, and develop operational and transformation plans to achieve product goals. Recognized SME responsible for guiding teams through complex projects using metrics and evidence-based decisions, contributing to new policies and best practices in agile delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management
- Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages and best practices
- Experience guiding teams through complex projects with iterative progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
- Formal training on Agile coaching (preferred)
- Ability to develop and implement operational and transformation plans
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks
- Ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals in agile practices
