Job Summary
Agility Lead in Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platforms Data Protection leads and coaches teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promotes open communication, and drives continuous improvement. Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning, validates AI outputs with sensitivity to data, and communicates impediments to leadership. Develops short- to mid-term transformation plans, prioritizes tasks, and leverages metrics and evidence-based decisions to achieve product goals. Identifies trends and contributes to new policies and best practices, standardizes reuse-first AI-assisted continuous improvement across teams, and ensures human review aligns with delivery standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across the organization, with Jira-based planning, backlog management, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in coaching teams on agile methodologies and project management
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support agile coaching and delivery workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights and recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices to guide teams
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, workflow configuration, and reporting
- Experience with agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks; ability to guide teams through complex projects
