Job Summary
Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams, including daily scrums, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Guide teams in resolving impediments across the organization while coaching on agile practices, events, and techniques to enable high-performance delivery. Build productive relationships to foster collaboration, open dialogue, and conflict resolution within your span of influence. Analyze policies and identify barriers to address challenges within the product development lifecycle, leveraging enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to synthesize metrics and accelerate insights. Standardize reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices while validating outputs against delivery standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
- Practical experience in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization
- Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support agile coaching and delivery workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
- Sound understanding of Scaling framework such as SAFe and various other Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
- Showcase proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams and strive for continuous improvement and high performance
Desired Qualifications
- Possess the business acumen required to ensure that goals, scope, and product domain knowledge is shared and understood by everyone on the team as well as possible
- Knowledge of JIRA and should have worked on JIRA and associated workflow management and other SDLC enabling tools
- Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at decision-making in fast-paced environments
