Job Summary
Agility Field Representative needed to represent AKC at agility trials, supervising judges and clubs, training provisional and fully approved judges, and ensuring trials run safely and in compliance withAKC regulations. The role involves supervising ~45 judges, coordinating course reviews and training, assisting at major events (Agility Nationals, Invitational, Premier Cup), and participating in regulation updates and seminars. Requires extensive knowledge of AKC rules, expertise in agility course design, strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel (approximately 8 days per month; weekends). Remote work is supported; candidates should be able to work autonomously. Salary range: $65,000–$68,500 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Must have AKC agility judge background
- Extensive knowledge of AKC rules and programs
- Expertise in agility course design
- Proven customer service knowledge and background
- Ability to supervise and train judges and clubs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel up to ~8 days per month, including weekends
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
