Agile Transformation Lead (Fintech)

Job Summary
Drive the company's organizational transformation by contributing to organizational design, defining improvement strategies, and providing methodological support for strategic and tactical planning. Embed Lean-Agile principles across Business functions and Product & Technology, while partnering with the Talent & Culture team to evolve company culture and foster cross-functional collaboration. Facilitate workshops for ideation, solution design, and retrospectives, and define area-specific metrics to enable effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization. Track the impact of initiatives through relevant KPIs and promote transparent communication across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant
- Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment
- Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments
- Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale, such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model, or similar
- Strong systems thinking capabilities, with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions
- Experience leading change management initiatives, using frameworks such as ADKAR or similar
- Alignment with the company's values and a good sense of humor
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Coaching (ICF, ORSC) or Scaled Agile (LeSS, Nexus, Certified Agile Coach)
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Previous experience in the fintech industry
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for managers and teams
