Job Summary
Agile Team Manager for VMware Cloud leading a high-performing engineering team within Leaseweb's Product Engineering organization. Responsible for development, coaching, and performance reviews; facilitate Scrum events and apply agile practices; serve as first point of contact for incidents; elevate the team to the next level of maturity; support workload management; coach Product Owners and guide stakeholders; promote transparency and collaboration across the organization; build a high-performing team and improve processes affecting the team. The role requires servant-leader leadership, collaboration with Product Owners, and strong communication in Dutch and English to drive delivery and continuous improvement across VMware Cloud initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Agile Team Manager or Scrum Master is a prerequisite
- PSM I certification
- Beheer gedaan op Broadcom / VMware omgevingen
- Coaching vaardigheden
- Organisatievaardigheden
- Open en transparant communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
