Job Summary
As the Agile Team Manager of the Customer Portal and CDN teams, you’ll lead cross-functional teams of front-end and back-end engineers together with UX designers, collaborating with the Product Owner to shape the team’s roadmap and deliver meaningful, user-focused products. You will develop, coach, and mentor engineers and designers, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, promote Agile practices, monitor team maturity, facilitate productive meetings, drive cross-team delivery initiatives, and provide clear updates on delivery progress and team health. You’ll ensure a healthy team culture, bridge business strategy with technical execution, and communicate effectively in English while supporting remote-first, hybrid work with occasional in-person collaboration at our Amsterdam HQ.
