Job Summary
Coach and guide teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train to improve agile methodologies and adopt the Scrum framework effectively. Facilitate team events including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while removing impediments and resolving conflicts. Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, liaise with the Release Train Engineer and stakeholders for transparency, and track performance metrics to identify improvement areas. Ensure teams follow SAFe principles and Agile values to deliver high-quality products on time while continuously improving processes and tools for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams
- Experience in managing multiple Agile teams
- Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or Trello
Desired Qualifications
- relevant industry exposure (Linear and Digital Advertising sales)
- extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles
- Experience in facilitating PI Planning and helping teams create PI Objectives
- Azure DevOps
- Experience working with teams developing APIs
