Agile Release Train Engineer

Coach agile practices, ensure process implementation, and lead release planning while managing cross-team dependencies and establishing meaningful program metrics. Coordinate and integrate program execution aspects through collaboration with Engineering Program Managers, Agile Leads, and Cost Account Managers. Drive continuous improvement and flawless execution of the Release Train to support program success. Requires a Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility and a Polygraph exam. This onsite role operates on a 9x80 work schedule within Lockheed Martin's Space Security division.
