Job Summary
Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master responsible for end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks; building detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps; facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); coaching teams on Agile principles; removing impediments and enabling collaboration; serving as the delivery point for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, IT Solutions, and Operations; coordinating with Product Managers to align roadmaps and timelines; monitoring delivery metrics and coordinating release readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
