Agile Project Manager

Agile Project Manager to support delivery within a Scrum-based engineering environment while coordinating time-critical internal initiatives that require structured planning and execution. This role combines agile facilitation, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking to help teams deliver effectively across both iterative and deadline-driven work. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), backlog readiness and capacity planning, coaching teams on agile practices and continuous improvement, managing selected internal initiatives with waterfall approaches when needed, defining scope and milestones, tracking progress and risks, maintaining documentation and reporting artifacts, and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and ensure on-time execution. The role requires strong understanding of Scrum principles and agile delivery, experience with Jira/Confluence, and the ability to operate in both agile and traditional project delivery models; proficiency in defining and monitoring KPIs and delivery metrics, and excellent communication and facilitation across technical and non-technical teams.
