Job Summary
Agile Project Manager leading planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale agile software development program for a GrantSolutions contract. Oversees multiple workstreams across the full development lifecycle (including UX/UI, UAT, training, and rollout), drives schedule, scope, and budget, and serves as the primary point of contact for program activities. Provides leadership across 2+ Scrum teams, collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to ensure delivery success, manages monthly cost projections and governance artifacts, and ensures adherence to organizational standards and agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting Agile software development programs
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects or complex technology initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Agile and other delivery methodologies
- Experience with SDLC from planning through post-production support
- Proven leadership style focused on coaching and mentorship
- Ability to identify and remove impediments in highly regulated environments
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with project artifacts, risk registers, and governance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Public Trust eligibility or ability to obtain
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
