Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale Agile software development program across 2+ Scrum teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget while coordinating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to ensure delivery success. Oversee multiple workstreams through the full system development lifecycle, including UX/UI design, UAT, training, and rollout. Establish and monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies; prepare weekly/monthly status reports for executive leadership and Federal stakeholders. Maintain project artifacts and ensure adherence to agile best practices and governance requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Agile software development environments; must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or similar tools) is desired. Salary range: $98,000.00-$163,000.00 per year.

- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting Agile software development programs
