Job Summary
Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional programs to deliver quarterly objectives for Forge’s fintech/product portfolio. Own end-to-end planning, identify risks, and resolve cross-team issues while providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance. Define and track metrics/KPIs, communicate delivery progress to stakeholders, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive successful product delivery. Requires 5+ years of technical project/program experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; familiarity with Jira/Confluence and experience building reports and dashboards. Hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days in the office in San Francisco, CA (and similarly hybrid arrangements in Denver, CO and New York, NY).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
- Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
- Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Report and dashboard building
