Job Summary
Agile Program Manager tasked with leading cross-functional agile delivery initiatives to support Forge’s growth. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive quarterly planning, and develop end-to-end plans to deliver on quarterly objectives. Coordinate programs in a matrix organization, identify risks and inefficiencies, and provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance. Define and own key metrics and KPIs, communicate delivery progress to stakeholders, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure on-time product and platform enhancements. Prior experience in technical program management, Jira/Confluence, and experience in fintech/regulated environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
- Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
- Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
- Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive
