Job Summary

Facilitate quarterly planning logistics and execute Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team synchronization and resolve dependencies. Track program-level risks, manage triggers, and create executive dashboards that provide delivery-focused insights to senior leadership. Coordinate release planning and go-live activities with Operations Manager while ensuring adherence to Federal Reserve SDLC, security standards, and governance requirements. Build and maintain program-level processes, standards, and documentation, including status reporting, risks, and communication plans. Escalate systemic issues and surface intra-program constraints to appropriate leadership. Provide weekly status updates articulating program health, risks, and trajectory. Support leaders on technical dependencies, capacity planning, and architecture alignment across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of program and project management, including experience coordinating multiple teams (5+ teams or 30+ people) within an agile environment
  • Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent experience/education
  • US Citizenship
  • 5% Travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating large-scale planning events (PI Planning, quarterly planning, or similar)
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne)
  • Expertise in dependency mapping, risk management, and program-level metrics
  • Excellent facilitation skills for diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI-enabled tools, coupled with a willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies to improve productivity and business outcomes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
