Agile Product Owner- Personal Insurance

Agile Product Owner to lead a team delivering capabilities in an Agile environment for Personal Insurance. Own and prioritize the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery of defined outcomes. Articulate team goals and strategy to stakeholders, act as the voice of the end-user, manage trade-offs to maximize value, and set KPIs to measure performance. Collaborate with Circle Leads and peers to secure resources, drive continuous improvement, and guide readiness and adoption of changes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, two years of Agile product management experience, and Guidewire experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and servant-leadership skills are essential.
