Job Summary
Agile Product Management Associate Advisor position based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH) focusing on decomposing business vision into MVPs, writing/modifying complex technical requirements for products, and serving as the conduit between business and engineering. Drives product backlog grooming, maintains the technical product roadmap, and ensures delivery of MVPs/Epics in a SAFe environment. Requires cross-functional collaboration with UI/UX, delivery, SRE, security, and compliance teams; proficiency with Jira/Jira Align, Aha, Draw IO, MPP, Mural, Tableau; SQL and API testing skills; healthcare domain experience; strong communication and stakeholder management; and a Bachelor’s degree with 8–11 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- 8-11 years of experience in software development or maintenance
- Experience driving complex product products and roadmap/backlog creation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write SQL queries and APIs testing
- Exposure to healthcare domain
- Certified or experienced in Agile SAFe is preferred; not mandatory
